Your new role
I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee new build housing projects in Preston. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of site operations, including health and safety, quality control, and project timelines. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring their adherence to project specifications and standards. Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety on-site.

What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the new build housing sector. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle challenges effectively. Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications (SMSTS, First Aid).
