Specialist design and build solution provider operating across the water sector, working throughout the UK on major frameworks, both independently but also as part of alliances and joint ventures. Operating across several regions within the UK, with primary focus on water sector frameworks.

Your new role
Working on one of their frameworks with a programme of work works in excess of £1bn, in the Peterborough area, they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team.

Some of the key duties within this role include:

* cost control
* preparation of subcontract tender packages and placing of orders
* production of monthly cost and value forecasts
* analysis of project financial records.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within the water or civils sector
