An award-winning residential developer that is undergoing a period of significant investment and expansion of their planning and design teams. They are a long-established SME housebuilder with decades of experience in developing both greenfield and brownfield new build sites. Due to recent success, ambitious growth plans and the fact that they are on track to deliver 800 units a year by 2025, they are looking to bolster their team with the hiring of an Architectural Technologist. They offer flexible working and have a great understanding of the need for a work/life balance, offering provision to work from home on an ad-hoc basis

Your new role

Working in the Design team, you will be integral in the technical drawing and design aspect for new build residential developments which can vary in size from 20 to 300+ units.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a healthy working knowledge of AutoCAD software and experience delivering Technical drawings in a residential context.
