Project Development Manager

Madison Berkeley is exclusively representing a global private equity firm seeking a Development Project Manager to join the London team. You will be responsible for overseeing development projects focused on Student Accommodation and the Build to Rent sector here in the UK and across the continent.

Your main objective will be to ensure that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with Delivery Partners, Developers, and General Contractors, while adding value through design and maintaining communication with Asset Management.

The right candidate:

• Possess a property-focused university degree
• Have circa 10 years of experience and ideally been running student/BTR focused project
• Experienced and comfortable with presenting and reporting to investors

Typically people are in the Central London office 3 days a week, with occasional travel.

Salary guide is £90,000 – 100,000 + Package + Bonus (DOE)
