Their portfolio consists of specialised office and laboratory facilities including cleanrooms, research facilities, pilot plants and more for R&D departments of knowledge institutions, educational bodies and knowledge-intensive businesses in sectors, such as life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology and high-tech industries.

Due to their ongoing success, our client has a requirement for a Project Manager to join the team.  The role will be focused on the Fit Out, working closely with new tenants.  Due to the nature of their asset class, 70% of the costs will be M&E focused as such candidates with a demonstrable track record of working in technical buildings is advantageous.

This will suit candidates who have an extensive network and fit out project management experience gained either on the client side, consultancy or contractor. You will have experience of managing the fit out and CAT B phases of new build projects across the UK and possibly Europe.  A professional qualification MAPM / MRICS / MCIOB is desirable.
