Maintenance Plumber - Social Housing


HAYS are currently looking for maintenance plumbers to work with a local housing association.

Duties will be carrying out remedial repairs and general maintenance in occupied housing, with some planned major works such as kitchen or bathroom fitting required in void properties.

This position is 39 hours per week with an opportunity for call out every few weeks.

There is a 2 week induction period shadowing another plumber.

Van and fuel card are provided.

The position is a temporary assignment, with a view to permanent after a successful period of time.
