Senior Building Surveyor- Diocese of Westminster!
Your new company
Working at the Diocese of Westminster, you will be based mainly in and around Hendon with the expectation to travel to relevant sites and the Victoria office once a week.

Your new role
Through the line management, assist the Director of Property in the care, maintenance and development of the diocesan parish property and other such property matters as directed.
The role will include line management of a very small team of building surveyors on a day to day basis, and manage the delivery of the parish projects.
You will provide traditional project management and building surveying duties for a designated geographical area and making sure all projects are delivered from inception to completion.
Lead with the Director of Property and the Chief Operating Officer in the development of decarbonisation.

What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally MCIOB or MRICS or in process of this.
- Experience with listed or historic buildings.
- At least 5 years PQE.
- Degree in Building Surveying.
