The role:

• Set up, read and understand and attend training course on the various document control systems in place on our projects.
• Use the various document control systems to issue design information for review and approval.
• Help manage the information distribution internally to the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of when relevant documents have been issued to the client for approval and review and update the revision and status of the return of the documents.
• Process a large number of documents daily, including a thorough QA check, printing and review/distribution and electronic forwarding to create an accurate audit trail.
• Establish and maintain a Request for Information system providing reports to the Project Team as necessary. Collate and prepare technical submittals that are aligned to the specification and construction drawings for issue to the client

You will need:

• To be able to interpret CAD drawings
• IT literate and proficient with ability to use various PDF package along with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
