Building Surveyor - Hybrid Role

Permanent Position Available - Building Surveyor - Working Flexibly - £40,000 to £42,000 Per Year

Your new role
As a Building Surveyor you will undertake a diverse and wide range of duties across Chippenham, Devizes and Oxford. Working autonomously, your role will include project management of complex repair issues, producing specifications and engaging contractors accordingly. You may handle disrepair issues across the properties as an appointed building surveyor, and help to deliver adaptations and small refurbishments of homes.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally working within a housing or residential environment. A degree in Building Surveying or similar would be advantageous, or a HNC / HND in construction would be considered.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a starting salary of £42,000 per year dependent on experience, alongside a wide range of employment benefits. You'll have an opportunity to work fully autonomously in your role, managing your own diary, workload and tasks.
