A Local Main contractor specialising in HA residential developments, With multiple schemes around the South East London and Croydon area sites are typically 50 to 100 units and tend to be low rise apartments, either RC frame or traditional build. With several new schemes starting imminently they now seek an experienced Senior site manager (No.1) to oversee a new development in Croydon. The project is a 90 unit scheme split over several low level buildings, RC frame construction. This is a permanent role with future similar sites already secured.

Your new role
As Site manager you will be no.1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager. You will be directly responsible for the site team and liaising with all connected departments to ensure minimal disruption to programme and cost. key duties will be sub contract management & direction, Quality control, Health an safety enforcement and regular reporting to both client and Directors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager comfortable managing your own project as number.1 You will have relevant project experience, hold valid first aid, SMSTS and CSCS qualifications and be looking for a long term career move in the SE London area.
