Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer contract position InsideIR35, based in Manchester City centre

Your new company
Your new company are a public sector organisation in Greater Manchester, located in Manchester city centre and accessed easily by public transport networks and car parking facilities.

Your new role
Your new role will see you joining the structural engineering team, alongside an Associate and Project Level Structural Engineer contributing to the design of a variety of building structures across the residential, commercial and education sectors. Smaller, fast-paced projects up to £25,000 make up most of the workload.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a minimum of around 6 years' relevant UK experience and a degree on Civil Engineering. You will also need to be capable of using design software such as AutoCAD and Tekla Tedds.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate in the region of £35.00 - £42.00 per hour on a 6 month contract with an extremely high chance of continuous renewal based on strong performance. There is also a hybrid working policy whereby you can work from home twice a week.
