Due to continued growth this leading international, independent real estate consultancy working with owners, occupiers, developers and funders, across both private and public sectors, to help them get more out of their real estate, at every stage of the property life cycle, are currently seeking an energetic and driven Senior or Associate Mechanical Engineer to manage their MEP Projects/ Building Services team and work with their London based clients.

They understand mechanical and electrical engineering as part of the whole building consultancy picture and their team of M&E engineers combines specialist knowledge with a practical approach, a commercial outlook and the multi-disciplinary support of the wider team.

They provide specialist MEP Projects / Building Services support across a wide range of sectors, on projects of varying scale, with a key sector focus across commercial offices, industrial, retail and residential sectors.

You will be a technically proficient mechanical designer, able to develop the design standards across the team and mentor junior engineer and graduates with the technical ability to lead projects supporting the project, resource and financial management.

You will be chartered with CIBSE/IMECHE or working towards and have at least 4+yrs PQE experience.
