Facilities Coordinator

Full Time - Temporary Facilities Coordinator - 6+ weeks (opportunity to go perm)- 25-27k

Your new role
The role will encompass providing administration and coordination duties to the facilities team including:

- Handling inbound maintenance request calls
- Issuing RAMS and permits to work
- Logging PPM and reactive works on CAFM system
- Scheduling engineers work

What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:
- IT and computer skills (CAFM experience preferred)
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in a facilities environment
- Knowledge of Hard FM

What you'll get in return
6+ weeks temporary position with opportunity to go permeant
25-27k pro rata
Mon-Fri
