Your New Company
You will be part of a well-known and growing building services consultancy. This is an office and on-site based role.

You will be reporting to the Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Your New Role
Your main purpose is to be responsible for the creation, development of and finalising Engineering design solutions of Mechanical services elements and specifications.

In this role, you will be:

• Sourcing of the most modern and efficient Mechanical components for designs
• Detailing electrical schematics for build
• Carrying out site surveys of existing installations and inspections.
• Review and incorporate inputs from other disciplines or stakeholders into the overall design.
• Provide training/mentorship to junior Mechanical Engineers.
• Production of stage reports & presentations

You will need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
You will need to have mechanical design experience.
You will need:

• Design experience in various sectors
• Design Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Irish and UK standards
• Experience in design software
• Knowledge of HEVACOMP, AutoCAD, and Cymap
