Technical Surveyor - Permanent Opportunity - Working for a regional provider of housing across Southwest

Your new company
As a Technical Surveyor you will have an opportunity to work for a regional provider of social housing, existing to create thriving communities and empower lives. Your new role
As a Surveyor you will provide property surveying services across your patch, to include identifying, inspecting and providing solutions to problems and defects across the housing stock. You will prepare schedules of work and project management support in relation to minor/major works where the technical surveying level is appropriate to specify and oversee the resulting works.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have an HNC or HND in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a starting salary of between £40,000 - £42,000 per year, as well as a rate of mileage payable from your front door when attending site inspections.
