Due to continuing growth this leading multi-disciplinary consultancy are now looking for a talented M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Reading.

Projects include large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working in interesting public and private sectors including; healthcare, insurance, government & military sites, etc.

As an M&E Quantity Surveyor based in Reading you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services under the direction of a Team Manager including; advise on services costs involved in building projects; evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals; advice on contract arrangements and conditions; undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work and preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients.
