Neighbourhood Officer jobs available in Bolton £20-£22 per hour

Starting ASAP 2-3 months temp cover.

I would like someone with a Rents / arrears background who can focus on Rent arrears, though there may also be a requirement for them to also to pick up work on the patch.

Mainly focussing on collection of rent. Reviewing rent accounts and contacting customers where required. Taking payments and setting up direct debits. Progressing rent arrears stages including the preparation Nosps. Serving NOSPS at properties. Door knocking for rent arrears contact if required.

There could also be a tenancy management focus to the role, void management and dealing with ASB reports. However this is reliant on training being provided within the timescales.
