Senior Estates Surveyor - Outside Scope Contract

Initial 4-6 month contract available + likely extension - Senior Estates Surveyor - £400 per day

Your new company
As a Senior Estates Surveyor you will join a local authority based in the Oxfordshire region - an authority who are responsible for the management of over 750 corporate and retail properties across the region.

Your new role
Operating at a senior level, you will lead in negotiations across a wide range of property matters to include rent reviews, lease renewals, licences and easements across 750 properties. As well as undertaking landlord and tenant negotiations, you will advise and consult with service partners, and help to support the Asset Manager in delivering against a range of strategic objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will be qualified to degree level and also be a RICS Chartered Surveyor. Significant experience in commercial property portfolio estate management, valuation and negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals will be essential.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive £400 per day and a contract with initial duration up to 4 months, which is highly likely to extend further to 6 - 9 months.
