Fit-Out Site Manager
Your new company
This company specialise in commercial projects, working mostly with steel frame structures and on groundworks projects. their average project is around £5 million and they do most their work in and around central London. This company are looking to expand their workforce with the view to growing the size of the company year on year
Your new role
This role will be for a site manager, who will be expected to perform all management roles, including management of labourers, deliveries, ordering materials etc. you will be in charge of ensuring the project runs smoothly in all aspects in terms of budget and time. As well as liaising with project managers and directors to ensure that progress is being made
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience with steel frame structures and preferably ground works, as well as previous experience in a management role within construction. You will also need a cscs card and smsts or equivalent.
