Job Details
Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 depending on experience
As part of the in-house Architectural studio, you will be the lead Senior Architectural Technologist and Revit Lead working on a variety of exciting projects across the north-west. Based out of the modern city centre-based office, this role will be primarily focused on the drafting, design and delivery of large residential schemes on behalf of investors, including apartment blocks, student accommodation, private rental projects, and hotels. They are vastly experienced in the Residential, Healthcare, Education and transport sectors, winning numerous awards and industry recognition. They work on high-value projects, ranging from £20million-£100 million and have numerous planning applications for exciting projects in the works.

What you will need to succeed:
- Good technical and construction knowledge
- Experience with Package delivery
- Healthy working knowledge of Revit software
- Project leadership experience
- Ability to lead and supervise a design team.
