Community Housing Officer

Housing Officer Job, provide housing management across Liverpool (9 months Maternity leave cover) up to £25ph

A housing management company in Merseyside providing specialist staff to smaller registered providers and cooperatives.

Your new role
You will be working as a community housing officer, across a patch covering Liverpool and Huyton, You will be provide a housing management service including property checks, signposting, housing advice & guidance, rent arrears, voids and tenancy management. This is a 10 month contract to cover maternity leave

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in housing management (housing officer / neighbourhood officer etc), be available to work full time Monday to Friday. have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Be available to work full time in the office or on patch (no home working for this contract).

What you'll get in return
You will be paid the equivalent of £36500 per annum (up to £25 per hour for temporary workers registered with an umbrella company & £22.50 for PAYE)
