Project Manager

Permanent opportunity for a project manager working with a Manchester based property consultancy.

Your new company
This property consultancy is located close to Manchester City Centre in Hulme. They employ circa 25 people in Manchester, including site based staff. You will have the opportunity to work alongside project managers, building surveyors and quantity surveyors. Their office is open plan, vibrant with great amenities, such as gym, showers, table football and on site parking.

Your new role
Working alongside a team of project managers, quantity surveyors and building surveyors you will manage the delivery of their major industrial and logistics schemes. The role is based in Manchester, based in their Hulme office, covering projects across the North West. Some of the projects you will be working on range from 40 sq foot industrial units to 300 sq foot units and retail parks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in project management or equivalent construction related degree. Ideally a chartered member of RICS or CIOB with few years experience behind your belt. Ideally having worked on similar sector projects.
