Maintenance Surveyor

A fixed term 12 month contract for a maintenance surveyor working client side in Manchester.

Your new company
This organisation has over 400 properties across Manchester ranging from modern residential properties to historical and some derelict properties. You will be a part of a team of building surveyors working across Greater Manchester.

Your new role
If you are looking for a unique opportunity where you will have variety of properties to look after and complexity then this is something for you. On daily basis you will have a chance to advise on maintenance, planned works, minor improvements and emergency repairs. You will also make sure that all the statutory compliance is met for the properties.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an building surveyor with excellent knowledge of building defects specifically with heritage and listed buildings. You will have previous experience managing a property portfolio and have delivered building maintenance surveys both planned and reactive.

What you'll get in return
This is a fixed term 12 month contract offering secure workload, varied and challenging. It is accompanied by a competitive salary of £36,750 and 35 hour week.
