Your New Company
You will be part of a growing MEP building services consultancy who has a turnover in excess of £35M. The role will be based in the West Midlands.

You will be reporting to the Associate Director.

Your New Role
Your main purpose of the role is to support the growing Contracts Team and manage the delivery of a project from the early design stage to handover.

In this role, you will be:

• Operating with the latest Revit, AutoCAD and MEP 3D design packages
• Manage and develop your site management team
• Ensure project delivery in a timely manner
• Ensuring all drawings have been vetted
• Managing budgets
• Preparing weekly project meetings

You will need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
You will need to have project management experience.

You will need:

• To hold a SSSTS card
• Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
• Knowledge of Building Regs and general construction
• Mechanical installation and management within the field
• To be willing to travel to Ireland on occasion
