Contracts Manager (Civils)

Hays Civil Engineering are working in partnership with a leading contractor within the Civil Engineering, Earthworks and Infrastructure sector, with projects across the North West, and North Wales. A well established and hugely respected business, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to come in and join the team

This role would be suited to an experienced Civils Contracts Manager from the Civils SME market, or an experienced Contracts Manager from a Civils Subcontractor, who is looking to add value to an exciting SME business. Equally, if you are an experienced and ambitious Project Manager who is hungry for your next step, this could be the opportunity for you!

Reporting into the Senior Leadership team, you'll be responsible for supporting the growth and success of the company

Projects include:

* General Civils
* Earthworks
* Structures
* Infrastructure
* Roads
* Remediation
* Groundworks

Typical projects can vary from £1m upto £5m, and you'll have a portfolio of projects to manage and lead at any one time

You'll be an experienced leader with solid experience within the Civil Engineering sector; you'll have robust knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts, and be commercially astute

You'll have:

* Extensive experience within Civil Engineering, Infrastructure & Earthworks
* Exceptional leadership skills, a solid team player but most importantly, a team builder
* You'll ideally have progressed from a Civil Engineer into leadership and management roles
