SME award winning multidisciplinary consultancy seeking a Head of Building Surveying Liverpool.


Job Title: Head of Building Surveying
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £70,000-£85,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) + equity partnership + additional benefits

SME consultancy established circa 30 years with multiple offices across the North West region are seeking a Head of Building Surveying to lead a small team of Surveyors based out of their Liverpool office. Operating across a variety of public and private sector organisations; commercial, blue light, residential, heathcare, industrial etc the business offer a range of services, structural and civil engineering, building surveying, project management, expert witness and design services. With a strong presence in the North West area they are seeking an all round Building Surveyor to lead a team of circa 10 Surveyors and increase the business presence within building surveying.

Your new role
This is a key leadership role within an award winning and well established business to lead and manage the building surveying service line. You will have overall responsibility of the performance of the department and growing their market presence within building surveying within their existing client base and developing new business relationships. Typical building surveying instructions undertaken by the team include; building surveys, insurance works and valuations (fire and flood typically), party wall and managing projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Qualified
• A proven background in a leadership capacity within a consultancy environment
