Permanent role for a commercial property manager, specifically shopping centres and retail units.

Global firm with over £1.5 billion turnover now looking to grow their team in Manchester. Currently the Manchester office is over 350 people strong and they are looking to grow the property management team, specifically focusing on retail and shopping centre portfolio.

Your new role
You will be involved in lease renewals, rent reviews, L&T and general property management of shopping centres and retail properties. Working as part of a team in Manchester.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified and MRICS chartered, having specifically worked on retail and shopping centre properties. You will be an organised individual with the drive to further progress your career.
