Your new company
You will be working with an independent investor who were founded in 2017, initially starting out it property and real estate they have branched out into the commercial space in the last 18 months. Based in the heart of London they pride themselves on local supply and delivery of high end projects.

Your new role
You will be brought in as a Project Manager to oversee a 20 week Commercial CAT A project with potential to move in to CAT B depending on Client needs. You will be the no1 on site and responsible for overseeing the day to day running, managing the program of works and ensuring the Site Manager and all sub-contractors are adhering to health and safety standards whilst delivering the project to time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will need have at least 5 years experience working at Project Manager level, comfortable delivering on projects up the value of £1m, previous experience with CAT A/B projects and the below qualifications :-
- SMSTS
- Black CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
