Graduate Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for an experienced graduate building surveyor working with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
Scottish company that has now expanded to England. Started off with the Manchester office and now also have Birmingham and London.
The MCR office is 12 now and continuously growing. Located in the heart of Manchester on King Street you will be within walking distance from both Victoria and Piccadilly stations as well as all the high street retailers.

Your new role
In this role you will have an opportunity to get involved in some of the current projects which include: a £10M cladding replacement and refurbishment project, a £2M window and door replacement scheme, a Grade II listed renovation £250-500k, PPM Schemes for Councils, as well as numerous schools across the North West.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a building surveying graduate with some experience in the industry in a technical building surveyor post. You will be an ambitious and driven individual looking to get your chartership and further progress your career.
