HAYS Recruitment are working in partnership with our client LOTUS CARS, a well known and prestigious car manufacturer based in Hethel, near Wymondham in Norfolk to recruit for a number of General Operatives
This is an IMMEDIATE START - LOOKING FOR WORK NOW, THIS COULD BE THE ROLE FOR YOU!
This will be an ongoing long term position and offers candidates an opportunity to start a new and exciting career and based on performance may be offered a permanent role also.
You will be trained in the assembly and manufacturing of Lotus vehicles.
Your new role
The role involves working on parts of a Lotus car and completing vehicles to a high standard.
- You will be fully trained, no experience is necessary.
- You will be provided with full Lotus branded uniform
- You will learn transferable skills

What you'll get in return
This will be an ongoing long term role for the successful applicants.
The hourly rate for this position will £13.21p/h (including holiday pay) with the opportunity to earn increased Overtime rates also.
You can choose which shift pattern you would like:
The typical working hours for DAY SHIFTS will be Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 4.30pm.
The typical working hours for TWILIGHT SHIFTS will be Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm - 2:00am.
TWILIGHT SHIFTS are entitled to a £26.83 bonus per shift.
Friday will be on a flexi-time basis, if required you will work 6hrs on a Friday.
Saturday & Sundays will be available when required on an increased Overtime rate.
