Mechanical Design Engineer | Consultancy | Full Time, Permanent | Up to £55k | Beautiful Modern Office


Your New Company
You will be part of a well-established but growing building services consultancy. This is an office and on-site based role.

You will be reporting to the Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Your New Role
Your main purpose of the role is the design of mechanical engineering for building services in particular HVAC and above-ground public health engineering.

In this role, you will be:

• Assisting other design engineers
• Surveying and reporting on mechanical systems in buildings
• Analysing carbon emissions and energy savings for systems
• Undertaking design calculations
• Developing design proposals at sketch, detailed design and production stages
• Preparing tender documentation and reports

You will need to undertake other duties as may be required to achieve objectives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
You will need to have mechanical design experience.
You will need:

• Design experience in various sectors
• Degree or equivalent in Building Services or related subject
• To be familiar with BIM
• Experience in design software
• To be willing to travel

You will need to undergo Security Clearance.
