Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

Leading international, independent real estate consultancy working with owners, occupiers, developers and funders, across both private and public sectors and with an all together different approach are seeking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor into their London team.

You will undertake all pre and post contract cost management responsibilities on a range of new build and refurbishment projects. You will be preparing early feasibility cost estimates, advising clients on adding value to their projects, procurement and post contract cost control.

This is an exciting opportunity to assist in building and shaping a rapidly growing service line and gain experience across a range of sectors including industrial, commercial, residential and retail.

MRICS and with a related degree you will have experience as a consultant cost manager on projects £500k to £30m and be confident in using specialist software such as Cato.
