Assistant Site Manager

Your new company
A fast growing and vibrant house builder based in Nottinghamshire who specialise in projects from residential new build, bespoke builds and sites usually up to 100 units and apartment blocks predominantly for Social Housing clients.


Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager you will report to the Site Manager/Project Manager and run projects from breaking ground to hand-over, typical projects are residential social housing builds and sites with up to 100 units and apartment blocks. You will take charge of costings, contracts, trades staff, subcontractors and customer liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked for a house builder or equivalent company taking control of residential projects including new build or bespoke projects . You will be experienced working with subcontractors, trades staff, customers and send regular reports/updates to the Managers/PMs and Directors.
You will have excellent communication skills, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
