Building Surveyor - Manchester

A Building Surveyor is required by a niche project management, cost consulting and building surveying practice to work alongside the Director of their Manchester office.

They are currently managing over £500m of projects nationwide in a variety of sectors including mixed use, assisted living, industrial, residential and commercial and are looking for a Building Surveyor capable of taking on their own workload. As their Manchester office is relatively new and is still very small you will be a key member of the team as it expands.

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in both professional and project-based work and be expected to work on your own initiative to ensure the delivery of projects on time, to budget and of high quality.

MRICS would be beneficial but is not essential.
