You will work for a client side organisation, that operate globally, across a number of sectors including engineering, power and electronics. The business you will work for is the energy sector. Their goal is to achieve a sustainable future for all, and your role will be pivotal in this belief.

Your new role
You will work as a UK Real Estate Manager, working with acquisitions and disposals, relocating a large site, managing projects as well as contractors and other consultants. You will oversee and manage the countries current real estate facilities and to support the development of any new facilities including those shared with other entities in the UK. You will manage the budget and work with the leadership team, to ensure there is a strategy in place, for the property function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a strategic property role, managing the property function for a business. You will ideally have client side experience, as well as property management and L+T experience. You will be able to work under pressure and be keen to transform a business to the next level.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive basic salary of over £70000, as well as car/car allowance. You will receive a great pension as well as other benefits. The role offers home working, but a presence in the office and site is required as it suits the business.
