We're pleased to be working an award winning multi-disciplined consultancy in Cambridge that are looking for an experienced Associate to join their expanding team of Employer's Agents where your contribution will be highly valued. This consultancy has been established for over 80 years and offer a range of professional services covering; chartered building & quantity surveying, project management, architecture & master planning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability and health & safety. The team value innovative ways of working and are always looking for fresh ideas to expand their already extensive client base.

Your new role
As the Associate Surveyor / Employer's Agent you will develop briefs for your client brief and assemble capable project delivery teams, you will procure all needed services to prepare and develop a project to planning submission/tender. In addition, you will also get to prepare successful, accurate tender and contract packages and handle the tender process. You will be acting as the Associate Employer's Agent, Client Representative or Contract Administrator for the delivery of an exciting range of new build housing and mixed-use regeneration projects, with values in the range of £2-£100m+, within Cambridge and the surrounding counties including North London, working with some of their most prestigious clients.

What you'll need to succeed
As the new Associate Surveyor / Employers Agent you will be degree educated (or equivalent) and will ideally be RICS qualified. You will be passionate about construction and come from either a Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Project Management background. You'll be able demonstrate experience of working as an Employers Agent under a JCT, D&B or similar contract.
