We are seeking to recruit a Joiner / Multi-trade Operative to join our small but very busy directly employed labour group, delivering a high-quality service to the University.

You will hold a minimum City & Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery / NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Joinery, together with substantial post qualification experience, and be responsible for the provision of a quality property maintenance and minor works service to the diverse range of the University’s estate.

Participation in an out of hours on-call rota is essential.
