Building Surveyor – Associate
Oxford
The hugely successful team of this leading property & construction consultancy are seeking an Associate level Building Surveyor in their Oxford office.
They are currently working across the retail, logistics, office, healthcare, science, research, education, government, defence, and residential sectors on some fantastically diverse and technically unique projects ranging from Academic Research, R&D innovation, Life Sciences, Formula 1, National portfolios, Historic and listed buildings, Social Housing, high end housing and Government and Defence.
You will be given the opportunity to focus on whichever of the key sectors drives the technical excellence of their team and service delivery to their clients.
You will have an eye for detail and a sound record for delivering site surveys and inspections, defect diagnosis, design, tendering, project management, development monitoring and contract administration of new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
