Lettings Team Leader

Permanent opportunity working with a property investment firm in Manchester.

Your new company
My client is a property investment firm based in Manchester, specialising in residential family homes across the UK. They currently have a portfolio of over 1500 properties and are looking to grow further.
Locate in Manchester with easy access on the Tram lines or driving as there is parking available on site.

Your new role
This role is to look after the lettings function of the business, with a clear focus on service delivery to deliver best in class, resident focused customer service. You will manage a team of lettings administrator and focus on minimising void levels to make sure optimal income from the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
This firm is looking for an enthusiastic individual, able to work in a fast paced environment with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will have previous experience working in a lettings team leader capacity or wanting to take the step up to it.
