Residential / BTR Sector
Quantity Surveyor with solid residential experience is required to front this sector for a leading consultancy in London. You will have a market presence in the btr sector having delivered some large schemes across the region. Experience across hotels, student accommodation, senior living etc would be beneficial.
This is a great opportunity to join as a Project Director or Director and lead the London residential business unit.
