Your new company
You will be joining the London Office Project Management Team which is a fast-paced and friendly team of 21 that work across both our West End and City office locations.
The team focus on projects within Central London Commercial sector and are fortunate to have an enviable range of investor, developer and occupier clients, working on tier-one commercial projects in Central London.
The team is led by two Directors. Having been with the business and managed the team together for so long, they have built up a unique group of individuals with a real 'team' outlook. They are both extremely passionate about offering people the very best opportunities and supporting people for their career progression through the business with appropriate guidance and training offered by the team and their exceptional in-house learning and development team. Most importantly, alongside wanting to select the right candidate for the role, ensuring that the role is correct for you as they grow the team and continue to build on its considerable successes. Your route to your current Project Management role doesn't necessarily need to be through 'traditional' route but due to current workload in the team we do ask applicants to demonstrate experience working in the Central London Commercial Office Market.
Your new role
An established and growing team of project managers specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of office and mixed-use buildings in Central London. The successful candidate will receive the support of a dynamic team that are aspiring to develop and expand their client profile and track record. They will work alongside several directors within the team and be given excellent project exposure along with formal and informal training to develop as an individual and as a project manager. The role will involve spending time in both London offices in the West End and Central as required. It will also require time out of the office at project and client meetings, primarily in Central London with the occasional requirement for travel outside the M25.
