Senior Building Surveyor

SME Liverpool consultancy seeking a Building Surveyor to undertake professional surveying working in the North West. Flexible working policy (1-2 days a week working from home).

Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Liverpool office - North West (predominantly Merseyside focus)
Salary £40,000-£45,000 basic salary dependent on experience + benefits + flexible working

The Opportunity
A Liverpool based SME consultancy that has specialised in managing large scale construction projects with an enviable client base. They have a strong presence in managing multi million £ NEC projects in the healthcare and education sector as well as working on intricate listed buildings and large scale residential HMO's. With a strong North West presence this is an excellent opportunity to join a long standing business that is growing its professional services team in the Liverpool area to compliment its already well established project division.

The office environment is very relaxed, casual dress code and everyone works on a hybrid basis. The Directors are heavily involved in the days to day operations of the business and welcome Friday beers and early darts from the office when appropriate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to coach and mentor others and work with an enviable client base. Surveying work with church bodies, listed heritage buildings, local councils and education establishments include condition surveys, feasibility studies and project management all within a proximity of Liverpool and the Wirral.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Senior Building Surveyor must be able to carry out survey work independently and have proven experience within a commercial building surveying environment. You must possess a positive and flexible work attitude with a willingness to self-develop. This role will suit someone that is ambitious and is a team player.
