Adaptations Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for adaptations surveyor working with a Manchester based housing association.

Your new company
Manchester based housing association, looking after a portfolio of 6000 across Manchester. They are located in south Manchester with easy access via the tram or driving. The office is an open plan space where the team can work collaboratively. They offer a hybrid working arrangement with the team working from the office 2-3 day a week.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering adaptations to the portfolio, this will include design, administration and inspection of projects. You will liaise with external contractors to make sure the work is delivered and survey the delivered projects.

What you'll need to succeed
They are after an organised individual with great communication skills, being able to deal with internal team members as well as tenants and external consultants. You will have previous experience delivering adaptations to a housing portfolio.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be working in a team environment on a 35 hour working week. You will have an option to work few days from home and will be paid mileage to all site visits.
