Senior Building Surveyor, Birmingham Nationwide Property Surveyor Up to £55,000 + Benefits RICS

Our client is one of the UK's leading Property Consultancies operating nationwide, with this role being based in the Birmingham office with a large, diverse, and ever expanding client portfolio in their Building Consultancy team.

Your new role

In this role, you will form an integral part of the Building Consultancy team based in the Birmingham office. You will be working with a broad range of clients across the commercial spectrum including blue chip companies, large PLC's, and public sector end clients. You will provide an array of Building Surveying duties including but not limited to; condition surveys, contract administration, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, and project management.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a RICS Chartered Surveyor, with several years' demonstrable experience working as a Building Surveyor within the commercial sector. You will have experience conducting the above-mentioned duties, and will be able to effectively communicate and develop relationships with clients.
