Permanent opportunity for a commercial surveyor with a large consultancy in Manchester.
Your new company
Global consultancy looking predominantly after commercial properties UK wide. Based in Manchester you will be part of the North West property and asset management team looking after commercial office space, mixed use retail and industrial properties. The Manchester office as a whole is 150 people strong with the property management team being 6 head strong. Working in a state of art office with short walk from Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations.
Your new role
They are looking for a commercial property manager to look after a range of commercial properties in the North West including offices, industrial and retail properties.
You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, inspecting properties and making sure they are all compliant. You will also be involved in lease reviews and renewals and attending client meetings,. This role relies heavily on good communication skills, attention to detail, excellent knowledge of service charges .
What you'll need to succeed
Newly RICS qualified with experience looking after FRI's and service charges on a range of commercial properties. This role is client facing and so you will be able to build and maintain long lasting relationships with the clients.
