Graduate Surveyor | Award Winning consultancy | Cambridge | Up to £27,000

We're pleased to be working an award winning multi-disciplined consultancy in Cambridge that are looking to employ a Graduate Surveyor to join their growing office. This consultancy has been established for over 80 years and offer a range of professional services covering; chartered building & quantity surveying, project management, architecture & master planning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability and health & safety. The team value innovative ways of working and are always looking for fresh ideas to expand their already extensive client base.

Your new role
As the new graduate you will work with senior members of the team to develop briefs for your client brief and assemble capable project delivery teams, procure services, prepare accurate tender and contract packages and shadow the tender process.

You will be acting as the Employer's Agent, Client Representative or Contract Administrator for the delivery of an exciting range of new build housing and mixed-use regeneration projects, with values in the range of £250k - £50m, within Cambridge and the surrounding counties as well as North London.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree educated (or equivalent) with a RICS accredited course. You will be passionate about construction with good communication skills.
