The Cost Management team of this leading construction consultancy are agile and flexible in providing a comprehensive range of services from cost planning and procurement through to post contract and employers agent services, to support clients through the whole project life cycle.

They offer particular expertise in the provision of early cost advice using internal databases, whole life costings, cost management of net zero carbon/decarbonisation programmes, specialist mechanical and electrical cost management as well as the design and implementation of innovative procurement strategies.

They are seeking a proactive and a creative cost manager able to lead and manage projects with autonomy.

Some of the exciting projects they are currently delivering include; specialist equipment installation, refurbishment and new build healthcare schemes; new teaching, seminar and laboratory buildings for Russell Group universities; pharmaceutical projects with renowned clients that are supporting the UK’s vaccination manufacturing capability; commercial business park development; motor racing organisations and international racing circuits etc.
