Exciting requirement for a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading construction consultancy in Manchester to manage a team of Senior Engineers and oversee the design and delivery process of assigned projects.

You will provide support at all stages of the design process on related projects – in particular bringing specialist insight into the concept design stage to ensure the subsequent design stages are developed with a winning strategy and appropriate level of innovation with the latest industry knowledge.

You will have a BEng(Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering and experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion and dealing directly with clients. You will be proficient in the use of IT systems with experience of using Hevacomp or similar, IES or TAS, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Any applicants must have experience in project delivery in the UK and be conversant with UK standards, codes of practice and legislation.
