QA / Quality Engineer (Civils)

Quality / QA Engineer with a Civil Engineering background, required for this amazing project in North Wales


Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside this Civil Engineering Contractor, in recruiting for a QA / Quality Engineer to work within their specialist Civil Engineering team on site. We are looking to recruit an experienced Engineer to join an outstanding, and unique project in North Wales

You will be joining one of the most unique projects in the UK; this is a £250m project, with a programme of works over 6 years

As a QA Engineer, you'll come from a Civil Engineering background, and ideally have experience working on large Civil Engineering projects previously. Reporting into the Site Agent, key aspects of the role will include:

* Supporting the Site Engineering team with technical queries and support
* QA and Quality Control
* Ensuring the site works are carried out to specification
* Monitoring site works, and recording day to day site works on site
* Recording site process

You must possess previous Civil Engineering experience as a QA / Site Engineer (or Sub / Site Agent), ideally on Heavy Civils biased projects

This is a site based role in Gwynedd, North Wales, and is being recruited for on a freelance / temporary basis. You must live within a sensible, commutable distance of site

This is a £250m, 6 year project in the heart of one of the most beautiful landscapes in the UK
