Graduate Building Surveyor | East Anglia and London | Chartered Surveying Practice | Up to £35k

Hays are delighted to be working with this multidisciplinary Chartered Surveying Practice to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor into the team. This practice offers a range of services work for both public and private sector clients including work on health and social housing projects across East Anglia and London.

This practice deliver building condition surveys drawings, fire & safety refurbishments, contract administration, project management and reactive works.

Your new role
As the new Graduate Building Surveyor you will assist and undertake perform traditional building surveying services, assist with projects through from initial client discussion through to projection completion and you will lead and manage less complex projects, with the support of senior team members.

As mentioned above, you will have access to a wide range of projects from public and private sector clients, focusing on health and social housing projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your application you need a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying, a logical and practical thought process with good communication skill and possess AutoCAD skills. You will also need to know how to use Microsoft suite.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus an annual Bonus. You will be supported and coached through your APC to become a chartered surveyor and you will be encouraged to undertake any desired professional training or development.
